Experienced Project Managers are sought after to lead multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance in a multivendor environment.

  • We require the candidate to estimate project efforts, visit job sites to review progress and quality of work.
  • Coordinate with the Project Planning team on schedule, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, quality, and cost management.
  • Evaluate project effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers, issue change orders as necessary.
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payment requests and issue changes in the work to receive prices.
  • Develop job progress schedules to ensure actual construction parallels with the schedule.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors for various trades, defining work responsibility clearly.
