Job Title: Senior Project Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a seasoned project manager to lead a team of professionals in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to manage all stakeholders of the project, including design, vendors, and client-appointed vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and control of the project.

  • Manage all stakeholders of the project
  • Work with the planner to ensure effective planning
  • Monitor supervision consultants' performance
  • Develop and write the schedule commentary
  • Assist in responses to FIDIC claim notices
  • Set up and control a strict regime to capture information of daily resource on site
  • Ensure a robust adherence to procedure
  • Ensure programme construction with correct logic and sequencing
  • Provide consistent and proactive reporting
  • Committed to anticipating and seeking out client needs
  • Understand the financial implications of the methods and sequences of construction
  • Analyse and advise project teams on programme risk
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Civil Engineering degree essential
  • Minimum of 15 -20 years of related work experience
  • Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems (P6) & Microsoft Project scheduling technology
  • Proven ability to perform in a technical role
