As a professional in financial and strategic consulting, we advise companies on mergers, acquisitions, business valuation, due diligence reviews, accounting, tax advisory, and compliance. Our team is responsible for maintaining complete client files, preparing management reports, finalizing accounts, and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Compute income tax liability and prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Register clients for GST and compute liability to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct research for M&A and fund-raise projects to provide valuable insights.
  • Assist in creating financial models, investment teasers, and memorandums.
  • Prepare corporate records and assist with ROC filings.
  • Advise on various aspects of corporate law, income tax, international tax, and GST.
Required Qualifications:
  • CA intermediate certification or equivalent experience.
  • Candidates with completed articleship for 3-6 months may also apply.

Essential Skills:
A strong understanding of accountancy principles and proficiency in tax laws,
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Familiarity with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
