Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Transformation Lead to drive strategic financial solutions across various sectors.

This key role requires a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance, consulting, or auditing. You will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality financial consulting services, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead complex projects and teams. Additionally, they will possess proficiency in financial software and excel in communication and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing consulting engagements, developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide financial and strategic advisory services, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development through innovative financial solutions.
Key Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA- FINANCE qualification is mandatory.
  • 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
