Job Description

Our company seeks a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Human Capital Management business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations while minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and other integration tools to connect Workday with internal and external systems.
  • Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and working knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Strong proficiency in EIB, XSLT Transformations, Workday Core Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, and Workday Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Human Capital Management business processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
