Job Title: Workday Support Consultant

We are a leading software solutions provider, specializing in delivering top-notch IBM partner services. We're seeking an experienced IBM TM1 Planning Analytics Senior Developer to join our team and take on the challenge of developing and maintaining IBM TM1 Planning Analytics solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for Workday users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations and business processes to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes using automation and AI for accurate, integrated data and better decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Conduct impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures, and user guides to facilitate effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Provide user training and guidance as needed to ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Absence, Time Tracking).
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) to ensure seamless data exchange and system integration.
  • Familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields to ensure robust data protection and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer service mindset to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
