Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Absence and Time Tracking expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of this critical module. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking features, with experience in configuring business processes, security roles, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain functional documentation for Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations.">
  • Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.">
  • Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.">
  • Work closely with data and integration teams to provide functional inputs, validate test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.">
  • Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.">
