We are seeking a talented technical professional to join our team as a Workday Technical Consultant. If you're excited about leveraging your expertise in integration strategies, data conversions, and API development, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Integration Solutions: Create, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and Manage Integration Components: Configure calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform Data Conversions and Interface Development: Convert, migrate, and interface data between Workday and external systems.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals. Project experience in at least two HR functional areas: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.
  • Integration Skills: Proficiency in Workday EIB, Studio, Core/Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST). Familiarity with middleware platforms: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, SOA, ADF, Cast Iron.
  • API Development: Experience with APIs and web services using .NET, Java, Struts. Ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
