Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents to improve the agent pipeline.
  • Enhance existing agent footfall through referrals for new agent hiring.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or above (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
  • Minimum 1+ year of field sales experience for AADM. Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate).
  • For ADM, candidates must have Life Insurance/BFSI experience.
  • Must be a localite.
  • Preferably married.
  • Age between 25 years to 40 years.
  • Must have a two-wheeler.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: average to Rs. 5L per month for ADM and average to Rs. 6L per month for AADM.

  • First round interview with OH (face-to-face discussion only).
  • Second round with HR.
  • Third round interview with RM (face-to-face discussion only).
