Opening for Field Executive / Officer for a real estate consultancy firm with or without experience. No sales and No target. Fixed salary+ allowance and incentives. Opportunity to earn Rs.40000 to Rs.50000/- per month.Key Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management Meet clients in person to understand their property requirements or to present suitable property options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, pricing, and legal aspects. 2. Property Sourcing and Listing Identify and list new properties for sale or rent by liaising with property owners, builders, and developers. Verify property details, collect required documentation, and update the internal database. Maintain a portfolio of available properties in assigned locations. 3. Site Visits and Inspections Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers or tenants. Ensure the property is well-presented during inspections. Provide accurate location details and explain the advantages of the property and surrounding area. 4. Negotiation and Deal Closure Support Facilitate negotiations between property owners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for smooth completion of sale/rental agreements. Assist in payment collection and handover formalities. 5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis Stay updated on current market trends, property rates, and new developments. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for better positioning in the market. 6. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and deal progress. Submit daily/weekly activity reports to management. Ensure proper filing of agreements, receipts, and correspondence. 7. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Provide feedback from clients to improve services and marketing strategies. 8. Promotional and Networking Activities Participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and roadshows to generate leads. Build a professional network of brokers, agents, and industry contacts to expand property sourcing channels. Required Skills and Competencies A successful Field Executive / Officer in real estate must have a combination of market knowledge, communication skills, and customer service orientation. 1. Communication Skills Clear and persuasive verbal communication to present property details effectively. Good listening skills to understand client needs and preferences. Ability to negotiate confidently with clients and property owners. 2. Market Knowledge Awareness of current property rates, market demand, and investment hotspots. Understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and documentation requirements. 3. Sales and Negotiation Skills Ability to convince clients of property value and benefits. Skill in closing deals while balancing client satisfaction and company profit margins. 4. Customer Service Orientation Friendly, approachable demeanor to make clients feel comfortable. Proactive approach to addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly. 5. Time Management Ability to plan and prioritize property visits and meetings efficiently. Meeting daily activity targets and deadlines. 6. Problem-Solving Ability Handling last-minute changes in property availability or client requirements. Resolving disputes or misunderstandings professionally. 7. Networking Skills Building and maintaining a strong contact base of property owners, builders, and industry professionals. Leveraging contacts for faster property sourcing and deal closures. 8. Attention to Detail Ensuring property listings have accurate details and high-quality photographs. Double-checking documentation to avoid errors in transactions. 9. Self-Motivation and Discipline Working independently without constant supervision. Maintaining a consistent pipeline of leads and prospects. 10. Tech Savviness Using CRM tools, real estate portals, and mapping applications effectively.
