We're seeking a seasoned Renewal Professional to process software subscription renewals, migrate customers to our ordering platform, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong customer service and presentation skills. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with experience working with SaaS-based applications and Salesforce.com preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities for accounts. You will also assist customers in migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal and identify upsell opportunities within your customer base.

We encourage self-learning on AI skills through self-initiated projects. The ability to analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities, as well as leverage AI in repetitive tasks, is a must. We are looking for a team player who can work closely with Finance to collect payments and drive business results.
