About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer support agents in a fast-paced environment, responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly and professionally

  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and experienced in working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues
  • Skilled at identifying root causes and structuring logical recommendations for operational improvements
  • Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, quality, and data security
Requirements

Experience leading teams in SaaS technical support or similar project-focused roles, with intermediate understanding of technical systems and APIs.

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer operations or similar project-focused roles
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems, such as Jira Service Desk, and reporting configuration experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred
