Internal Audit Manager Job

Rain Industries is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all internal audit programs. This strategic role ensures compliance with established industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement audit programs aligned with the company's audit plan, leveraging expertise in risk management and governance.
  • Conduct thorough audits and reviews, adhering to established procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with business units on audit meetings and fieldwork, achieving alignment on audit observations and finalizing action plans.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all audit work papers, following established procedures and audit standards.
  • Provide consultative support to business units on enterprise risk management frameworks and control self-assessments.
  • Support business teams in enhancing control awareness through governance, risk, and compliance training programs.
  • Participate in forensic audits and fraud investigations as needed, reporting results and recommending corrective actions.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting standards, including Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
