About the Role

This exciting opportunity for a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Module Consultant will allow you to utilize your expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow's ITSM module. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and Optimizing ServiceNow ITSM Module: Utilize your extensive experience with ServiceNow to develop and implement customized ITSM solutions that cater to the specific needs of our clients.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation, leveraging ServiceNow to drive efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with customers to ensure they realize maximum benefit from our solutions, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Contribute to the growth and development of our team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned from your experiences.

Requirements:

  • 7+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow: Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow ITSM Module: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's ITSM module, including its features, functions, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, along with experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
