We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Client Development with a strong focus on customizing functionality within the ServiceNOW ITSM and ITOM modules. This role requires a solutions-focused individual who excels in problem-solving and has a proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities :


- Customize and configure ServiceNOW ITSM and ITOM modules to meet client needs.


- Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNOW components including APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules.


- Design and execute process and technical designs and define user stories.


- Provide end-user training to ensure the effective use of ServiceNOW solutions.


- Import data and manage Transform Maps.


- Utilize Update Sets (including batches) for capturing and promoting changes across environments.


- Understand and manage the interactions between records in different, associated tables, focusing on seeded/hierarchical interaction and connectivity.


- Apply solutions with an eye toward continuous improvement and use Agile methodology to guide project :


- 6-10 years of experience in Client Development with a strong emphasis on ServiceNOW.


- Proven ability to customize and develop within ServiceNOW ITSM and ITOM modules.


- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow timelines.


- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating problem-solving skills and persistence.


- Familiarity with the GRC module within ServiceNOW.


- Experience with Agile methodology, process design, technical design, and end-user training.


- Proficiency in using ServiceNOW APIs, workflows, and other development tools.


- Strong understanding of data importing, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.


- Knowledge of record interactions in different associated tables within ServiceNOW.
