Electrifying Motor Designer

We are seeking a skilled Motor Design Engineer to join our team.
Job Description:
- Develop high efficiency, high performance electric motors for electric vehicle and hybrid vehicle applications.
- Design and develop electric traction motors for Low/Medium/High voltage for Electric Vehicle (EV) applications.
- Perform electromagnetic design using state of art eMag tools like Ansys Maxwell (2D/3D)/ Altair Flux/Motor CAD.
- Conduct thermal 1D thermal analysis using Motor CAD.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the mechanical design of motors & good understanding of construction/manufacturing methods of electric machines.
- Thorough knowledge of different control strategies used for PMSM, PMBLDC, SynchREL and other motors.
- Hands on experience on Motor sizing, Permanent magnet selection and Electromagnetic design using state of art Emag tools like Maxwell 2D/3D & Altair Flux.
- Hands on experience on different motor design such as IM, IPM, SynRM, Hub Motor Switched Reluctance motor etc.
