Motor Control Systems Leadership Role

This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive business growth.

  • Define and execute the Motor Control System vision and strategy (non-automotive)
  • Contribute to ambitious business targets, establish and track key performance metrics to measure Motor Control Systems success, customer satisfaction, and business growth
  • Relate system activity KPIs to e.g. increase in customer count, MCU design-ins, product revenue/margin, system solution in close alignment with SMD segments and PLs
  • Lead a core team of Motor Control system experts that covers system level hardware and software competencies

The ideal candidate is an experienced semiconductor professional with abroad background in strategy, marketing, sales, product development and management.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 12+ years relevant working experience within the semiconductor market, with experience in motor control systems
  • 5+ years relevant management experience, as a team leader, ability to identify, attract and retain talents
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
