Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of design and ensuring that AI-powered tools meet exceptional standards of quality and user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UX design, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate AI-generated design projects based on various criteria, including visual appeal, coherence, prompt adherence, layout & usability, and functionality.
  • Create new Stitch projects for each design prompt and select the correct device mode and design mode.
  • Generate designs and review all screenshots, providing a single holistic rating with a brief rationale based only on the screenshots.
  • Paste the Stitch project URL and complete all required spreadsheet fields.
  • Avoid evaluating the Stitch tool or brand itself and instead focus on assessing visual appeal, coherence, prompt adherence, layout & usability, and functionality.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in UX design, including expertise in design evaluation principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills, enabling effective assessment of design projects.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
  • Familiarity with design evaluation principles and good communication skills.
