We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences for our digital products. If you have a passion for understanding user behavior and turning insights into elegant design solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

​Responsibilities:Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality. Design and iterate user interfaces that align with business goals and provide an exceptional user experience.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design vision. Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Use data and user feedback to refine and improve designs over time.

Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and results.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards. Experience with wire-framing, prototyping, and user testing tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Mandatory Skills:UI Design best practicesUX Designing tools: Figma, Adobe XD, IllustratorCreating user flows, wireframes, Sitemap, mockups and interactive prototypes.

Nice to have Skills:Understanding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular. Experience with User Research Methodologies and usability testing. Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Knowledge of UX metrics and how to measure the effectiveness of designs.
