
Salesforce Cloud Solutions Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organization's Business Systems team as a Cloud Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated apps).
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, drive user adoption, maintain data integrity, and build scalable solutions. Your work will directly impact the productivity and efficiency of our global Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a primary administrator for our Salesforce org (~500 users)
- Perform standard administration tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components
- Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, and others
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions
- Own the full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features
- Perform regular system health checks, release planning, and regression testing
- Train end-users, maintain documentation, and champion best practices
- Work independently and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
- 1+ year of experience in Salesforce CPQ (desired)
- A strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports)
- Experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Components, and SOQL (desired)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Marketo, Outreach) is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales Cloud/CPQ/Platform Developer certifications preferred
