Expert Salesforce Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to streamline and manage our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines on Salesforce.
- This role involves designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), working extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests), and automating deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production).
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance, and implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications
