Business Development Manager

QuickReply is a product-based company building a WhatsApp Marketing Automation Platform for E-Commerce Stores. With 700+ paying customers across the globe and a 15X increase in revenues, we are poised for significant growth. Our team is led by two IIT-Delhi alumni with 12 years of experience developing enterprise software for companies like Oracle, NetApp, Walt Disney, and MindTickle.
Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to become one of the key members of our team and contribute to shaping the future of our company. As a Sales Representative, you will have the chance to work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and drive revenue growth. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to our product team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation
- Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, / WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth
- Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Salary Estimate: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
