Job Summary:

Leading a team of professionals responsible for managing comprehensive training programs across various business verticals. We are seeking a skilled Director to lead our training initiatives and drive business growth through strategic learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new hire training programs, ensuring timely completion of ramp goals through regular review of content and delivery.
  • Oversee training calendars to optimize trainer and classroom use, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage technology solutions to define strategies, curriculum, and processes supporting business initiatives, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure curricula meet the demands of modern learners, fostering continuous learning and development.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on training updates and special projects, promoting collaboration and effective communication.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with business units and external subject matter experts to develop learning programs aligned with competencies and strategic goals, driving business outcomes.
  • Identify training needs for tenured resources by working with Operations and Quality teams, ensuring talent development and retention.
  • Administer continuous learning, including update management, skills training, and cross-functional development.

Governance and Reporting:

  • Provide detailed weekly reports on key training metrics to senior leadership, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Participate in other projects as directed by senior leadership, promoting adaptability and responsiveness.
  • Analyze data, trends, and deliver management information reports for effective decision-making, driving business success.

People Management:

  • Ensure feedback and coaching are given to all managers and trainers, promoting growth and development.
  • Drive organizational values with the team and new hires, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Develop and manage division budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and responsibility.

Requirements:

  • UG Degree
  • 15+ years of experience in RCM BPO domain, with at least 5 years in training
  • Managed a training team with 25+ members for the past 3 years
  • Healthcare Background specific to RCM experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to lead with conviction and empathy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization/multi-tasking, planning, and time management skills required
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts
