Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the frontline representative for consumer products.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with technical issues related to software and hardware, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers via various channels, diagnosing problems and resolving them efficiently.
  • Understand customer concerns through active listening, ask relevant questions, and empathize with their situation.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Develop expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and other related services.
  • Stay informed about product updates, patches, and known issues to effectively support customers.
  • Guide customers on using self-help resources and online documentation to empower them to resolve issues independently.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher tiers when necessary, utilizing remote assistance tools like Microsoft Remote Desktop.
  • Document interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions in the support system for accurate case management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during challenging interactions, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management) to address recurring issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Share best practices and maintain adherence to policies and guidelines, ensuring high-quality support experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, including troubleshooting post-install software issues, device network & connectivity issues, and assisting with delivering post-install technical support across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
