Mac Technical Specialist


We are seeking a Mac Technical Specialist to provide expert support for macOS-based systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting macOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for macOS-based systems, including software updates and maintenance.
  • Assist end-users with issues related to MacBook, iMac, and commonly used applications.
  • Configure and support Apple Mail, MS Outlook, VPN, printers, and network connectivity on macOS.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and system preferences.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro.
  • Support other MDM platforms at a basic level.
  • Document support issues, resolutions, and processes in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in Mac desktop support or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of macOS, Apple hardware, and the Apple ecosystem.
  • Familiar with basic networking and troubleshooting steps.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Exposure to Jamf Pro or other MDM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
  • Apple Certified Support Professional.
  • Jamf Certified Associate.
