We are seeking an Academic Support Specialist to manage daily operations across multiple locations in Mumbai.
This role involves handling new student inquiries, interacting with parents and students, and creating a supportive learning environment. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with students, parents, and educators to build a supportive community.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with our Business Head to achieve strategic goals and monitor performance.
- E nsure compliance with educational standards and company policies.
- Monitor branch performance and implement proactive improvements when necessary.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in science or business administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, sales, marketing, and customer support, with educational experience being an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional personality and professional attire.
