Job Summary

This is a senior-level role with high visibility across the organization. As Assistant Manager L&D, you will design and deliver impactful training programs for sales and business development teams in UK, Aus, and EU regions, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Impact Training
  • Activity-Based Training: Run dynamic sessions where people learn by doing, not just listening
  • Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning: Create structured forums for team members to share, practice, and grow together
  • Buddy Training & Mentorship: Drive the buddy system to give new hires a strong start
  • Hands-On Coaching & OJT: Provide real-time coaching that translates into execution
  • Engaging Online Training: Lead interactive virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing

To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of these programs and making data-driven decisions to optimize their impact.
