Job Title: Process Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Process Facilitator to join our team. As a Process Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new hires and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Hire Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure that new hires have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Training Batch Management: Manage training batches, ensuring that each batch is well-structured, engaging, and meets the needs of participants.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide regular coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess the performance of trainees during tests and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of training data, including attendance, participation, and performance metrics.
  • Motivation and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging employees to participate fully in training activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including afternoon shifts, as required.
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages: In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and processes.
  • Microsoft Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Forms, Excel, and Word.
  • Academy Creation: Ability to create effective academies and newsletters.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Investigation and Research: Ability to conduct thorough investigations and research to resolve compliance alerts and discrepancies.
  • Client Focus: Result-oriented approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Excellent feedback and coaching skills to support employee development.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Selection Criteria:
  • Graduate Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E.
  • Citizenship: Indian citizenship or eligibility to work in India.
  • Age: Above 18 years.
