Europe Visa Specialist Job

This role is responsible for end-to-end visa application processes in European regions.

  • Visa Application Management: Manage all aspects of visa applications, from initial submission to approval or rejection.
  • Document Preparation: Collect, verify, and prepare required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.
  • Embassy/Consulate Liaison: Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  • Appointment Booking: Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
  • Facilitation Agency Liaison: Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  • Immigration Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Status Updates: Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Manage multiple visa applications simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Utilize MS Office and visa tracking tools to efficiently manage the visa application process.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex visa application scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with clients, candidates, and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
