As a seasoned professional in wood coating, you will be responsible for managing relationships with dealers and contractors, generating high-quality site leads, and driving sales through targeted products and schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand a network of wood coating dealers to increase market presence
  • Maintain strong relationships with wood coating contractors to ensure repeat business
  • Generate high-quality site leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Conduct on-site sampling for dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers to promote our product range
  • Brief dealers on the benefits of our wood coating range and drive business through targeted promotions and initiatives
  • Meet with influencers such as architects, contractors, and painters to develop new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with retail teams to maximize visibility of our wood coating products at counters
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reports to track progress and performance
  • Achieve targeted reach and numeric goals in assigned territory
  • Enhance PU tinting CCD reach within designated territory
Deliverables:
  1. Submit daily reports via CRM system detailing key activities and outcomes
  2. Meet or exceed weighted and numeric reach targets in assigned territory
  3. Increase PU tinting CCD reach within designated territory
