As a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer closing journey. This includes ensuring smooth documentation, compliance with legal requirements, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end closing process, including agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate timely handovers and ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer transactions
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Real Estate Closing Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-sales and closing operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a graduate degree or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in closing or assistant manager roles within the real estate industry
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes
  • Excellent communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills
  • A graduate degree or post-graduate (MBA preferred)
