We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead our research and development unit.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned product manager to join our organization and play a key role in shaping our product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Bridge HQ and Development Teams: Ensure seamless communication between our headquarters and local development team, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Innovate and Grow: Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance, and implement strategies to drive business results.
  • Lead and Mentor Team: Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, implementing agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
  • Oversee Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring products meet functional, technical, and design standards.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a product manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.
  • A strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/hq.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
