
Customer Service Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, providing prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media, as well as supporting successful customer retention initiatives.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, and strong problem-solving abilities with time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications include prior experience managing a team of customer service representatives and soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and empathy.
Key Skills:

- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
