Job Description

Greetings.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Sales Strategist to join Gionik Human Capital Solutions' team in the battery industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and revenue management, experience in the cash and carry format, and a strong background in customer relationships.

The RSM-Mobility Base is located in Chennai. Local Tamil language speakers are preferred, and good English communication skills are also required.

Candidates with experience in handling direct reportees will be considered.

The business operates on a cash and carry format with no credit sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue Management:
    • Achieve regional sales budgets and revenue targets.
    • Evaluate price realization to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor timely collection of overdue payments.
    • Drive revenue generation through effective financial strategies.
  • Customer & Channel Management:
    • Resolve channel conflicts to maintain healthy distributor relationships.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Operations & Inventory Control:
    • Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels.
    • Manage godowns and service providers efficiently.
  • Warranty & Service:
    • Ensure proper warranty claim handling and management.
    • Provide support to the service team to uphold product quality and reliability.
