We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Strategist to join our team at Swastik Talents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets in their assigned region.

About the Role
  • Create and implement aggressive sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and communication.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while handling customer complaints efficiently.
  • Monitor sales performance and propose recovery or redirection plans as needed.
  • Identify and drive new sales opportunities in designated markets.
  • Develop training programs and present to key customers and consultants.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Provide daily and monthly MIS reports using CRM.
  • Led and guide a sales team in the region.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial product/project sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, along with an MBA in Marketing/Sales (optional).
  • A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across India.
  • Key skills: good presentation and communication, go-to-market expertise, extroversion, negotiation, business development, technical knowledge, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
