Job Title: Financial Planning LeadWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts, driving growth, efficiency, and profitability across the organization.Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of the annual budget, analyzing financial results, and identifying trends to provide actionable insights to management.

  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business performance.

  • Develop and implement financial models to support business cases and investment appraisals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with commercial objectives.

  • Champion operational stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power BI.

A background in a large organization and international environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for negotiating with various stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Business Controller or related roles is required. A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is necessary. Candidates should hold a CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA qualification.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is also essential.
