Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities needs of the property, working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager.
  • Oversight of the property's budget, ensuring adequate petty cash for operations.
  • Vendor invoice processes compliance with standards.
  • Crisis management and business continuity planning.
  • Health and safety issues monitoring and participation in reviews.
  • Service level agreement management and key performance metric achievement.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations.
  • At least three to five years of experience in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge of occupational safety.
  • Aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Solid background in team management.
