Job Overview

We seek an accomplished Facilities Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional facility management services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, enabling them to develop and implement effective procedures and performance metrics that streamline operations and ensure system reliability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide service delivery aligned with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Develop and implement building procedures and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services necessary for optimal building operations
  • Facilitate communication between Building Managers and Business Units on project-related matters
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to building standards, energy conservation, and cleanliness
Key Performance Objectives:
  • Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local and governmental regulations
  • People Management: Foster high staff morale, trust, and work ethics
  • Client Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage stakeholders to meet client expectations through exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in facilities management, preferably with a degree
