Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management Professional

This role requires a strong background in SAP EAM, with expertise in asset management processes and project implementation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • SAP EAM Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP EAM modules such as PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and PS (Project System).
  • Configuration & Customization: In-depth knowledge of SAP EAM configurations, customizations, and enhancements for asset management, work orders, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management.
  • Integration Experience: Experience integrating SAP EAM with other SAP modules like MM, WM, FICO, and PS for seamless operations.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage and lead SAP implementation projects using project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading teams, mentoring consultants, and managing day-to-day operations in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EAM implementation, configuration, and customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points: Certification in SAP EAM, PMP, Agile, or Scrum; experience working with cloud-based technologies; proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages like Python or Java.
