About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned IT asset management specialist with extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and managing ITAM tools.

As an expert in ITAM solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct deployment, maintenance and alignment of ITAM platforms with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Independently configure and install ITAM tools with minimal supervision.
  • Evaluate, select, implement and support industry leading IT tools such as Flexera Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Ensure high availability, reliability and optimal performance of ITAM environments.
  • Upload, manage and maintain accurate data within the ITAM platform.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks including backups, patches and upgrades.
  • Administer user roles and access aligned with organizational policies.
  • Continuously monitor system health and proactively resolve any technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain the infrastructure hosting the SAM solution ensuring adequate resources.
  • Escalate and manage vendor support tickets collaborating closely with vendor teams.
  • Maintain all data feeds and system integrations connected to the ITAM tool.
  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc data uploads and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in IT tools implementation with a strong focus on SAM tools.
  • Proven hands-on experience in configuring and deploying both on-premise and cloud instances of Flexera SAM.
  • Deep understanding of Flexera modules data connectors platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Technical expertise in Flexera features limitations and implementation best practices.
  • Skill in designing and implementing frameworks to assess and improve tool maturity.
  • Ability to create tailored implementation plans based on customer business and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
