Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely communication on portfolio targets and parameters to stakeholders.
  • Achieve assigned resolution, rollback/normalization targets for allocated portfolios.
  • Submit used receipts and process payment applications within approved timelines.
  • Perform receipt reconciliation within specified cutoff dates.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure 100% adherence to processes. Report any deviations to the location head or RCM as necessary.
  • Update field follow-up in DCR and send trails to the Central Team for updation in V+ for all referred/allocation cases.
  • Communicate pickup status for accounts with generated pickups.
  • Raise timely vendor payouts and subsequently pay commissions to vendors.
  • Operate agencies within regulatory frameworks with 100% compliance of regulatory norms.
  • Directly conduct field follow-ups on high-risk accounts by Agency Managers along with agency proprietors/supervisors for personal traction.
  • Investigate complaints received across channels, share findings after review, and prevent reputational/financial losses for the bank.
  • Identify and recommend cases requiring legal recourse and ensure legal coverage for all allocated accounts as necessary.
