Job Title: Relationship Development Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Development Specialist. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining smooth operations by effectively coordinating with partner teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities with partner teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor portfolio performance to maintain high-quality portfolios
- Support collection efforts on overdue cases in collaboration with partner teams
- Prepare and maintain data for management review
- Visit partner offices periodically to foster relationships and ensure process alignment
- Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit/partner management
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
- Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
