Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying potential suppliers to finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
  • Evaluate and select vendors for various services, including market research panels, survey programming, translation, and data analytics.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and quality with suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Process and deliver purchase orders to external vendors in a timely manner.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Project Management or online panel operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
