IT Sourcing and Procurement Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing and Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing IT services and products that meet our business requirements.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in IT solution procurement, with a strong background in infrastructure, cyber security, software, and hardware. They will be responsible for:
- Categorizing and performing analytics on IT spend to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Managing inflow requests for IT Telecom and working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to finalize and sign Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Addressing queries from stakeholders and managing the inflow queue
- SUPPORTING TSA exit plan and stranded cost projects
- Negotiating with suppliers on pricing and volume reduction to optimize IT expenses
- Identifying possible optimization and associated cost reduction opportunities
- Helping develop strategy and productivity pipeline by subcategories to optimize existing solutions in place and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Challenging and providing options on current working practices for IT category to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Enforcing contract compliance with respect to rates/costs, SLAs, and other contractual terms in Master Service Agreement
- Identifying value leakages, preparing and driving proposals to plug them
- Networking externally with industry and international experts to facilitate effective IT strategic intelligence
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- BA/BS business or engineering degree with 8+ years' experience
- 6+ years' experience in IT solution procurement (infrastructure including hyperscaler management, cyber security, software including Saas development, hardware)
- 6+ years' experience in multicultural and matrixial environment
- Proven ability to exercise independent business judgment to drive strategy and results
- Proven ability to interact with people from different cultures
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment
Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs per annum based on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
