We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Consultant with extensive experience in implementing procurement to pay (P2P) processes for our clients.

About the Role:

This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration with various systems. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of P2P solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless workflow optimization and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on experience with NetSuite customization, including SuiteFlow, Reporting, and SuiteAnalytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end P2P processes in NetSuite, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments
  • Optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication
  • Implement and support NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management
  • Analyze client requirements to develop tailored P2P solutions that meet business needs
  • Automate key P2P processes through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for procurement and payment activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to P2P processes within NetSuite
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation with a focus on P2P processes
  • Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and accounts payable workflows
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization, including SuiteFlow, Reporting, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for P2P-related systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Prior experience in project coordination or delivery lead roles is a plus
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred
Location:

Citrin Cooperman India LLP, working hours 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Salary:

Rupees 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
