We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Expert Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture and implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring scalability and integration with other business systems.

Salary

The salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 per annum, which is competitive and reflects the skills and experience required for the role.

Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned NetSuite expert who wants to lead large-scale NetSuite implementations or upgrades. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of NetSuite financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other business processes.

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring scalability and integration with other business systems.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and map business requirements to NetSuite capabilities.
  • Design and document functional requirements, including workflows, scripts, custom records, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to guide customizations, reports, and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other development tools.
  • Provide expertise in business process optimization using NetSuite, with a focus on finance, procurement, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices and industry standards for configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure business users are comfortable with NetSuite functionality.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of the NetSuite system post-implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases and features and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and assist in building the NetSuite team within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience with 5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including at least 2 years in a functional architect or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other business processes.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow for customizing and integrating NetSuite with third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale NetSuite implementations or upgrades.
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation) are a plus.
