Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision making, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible for managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing.
  • Create, execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate, come up with new campaign ideas and share it with other team members.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition & conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.

Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Click-Through Rate (CTR).

Develop, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with overall company objectives.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
