The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. They should be able to strategize, launch, and manage campaigns that drive CPA, ROAS, CTR across regions.

A successful applicant will collaborate with content, analytics, SEO, and design teams to align creative and landing page messaging. They will also lead A/B testing and audience targeting experiments, track and report performance metrics using GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a mission-driven, remote-first environment and can scale campaigns globally while optimizing for ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Optimize ads for performance: drive CPA, ROAS, CTR across regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging.
  • Lead A/B testing and audience targeting experiments.
  • Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-platform campaigns.
  • Experience in international markets (North America, Europe, or APAC preferred).
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
