Title Digital Marketing Specialist Manager Coordinator - DEM Job Summary The digital marketing specialist manager coordinator is responsible for developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company s products or services online This includes managing digital advertising campaigns social media strategy email marketing website optimization and other online marketing tactics Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads or sales Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads etc Create and manage social media marketing campaigns including content creation community engagement and influencer partnerships Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including list management segmentation and performance tracking Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance Conduct market research to identify trends insights and opportunities for growth in the digital space Collaborate with other departments such as sales product development and customer service to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business goals Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new ideas and innovations to keep the company ahead of the competition Qualifications Bachelor s degree in marketing communications or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and results Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Business Manager MailChimp etc Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Additional Skills Optional Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and web design principles Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo Certification in digital marketing from reputable institutions like Google HubSpot or Facebook Blueprint Note Job descriptions may vary depending on the company s specific needs and the level of the position within the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 10 710 58 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Experience total work 3 years Required Work Location In person
