About the Role:

Lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations Leadership: Develop SOPs for MR onboarding and field operations, ensuring operational excellence and efficient delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Customer Success Management: Foster strong relationships with high-value MR clients post-deployment, acting as a trusted advisor for long-term success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems, including knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics.
